The language you read does not determine building rules. Choose the country where the land is located and read its dedicated article. Each guide provides a starting point, relevant authorities, questions for the designer and official sources.
Separate articles for each country
How to use the guides
Prepare land identification and a description of works before the first discussion. Record what is confirmed and what still needs checking. Procedures and documents are determined for the actual municipality and project. These articles are not submission forms.
Planning a tiny house or building in another country?
Ask the competent authority and local designer to classify your solution. Present dimensions, use, connections and whether it is fixed or movable. Do not assume small size or structural material removes administrative checks.
Keep a document register
For each document, record issuer, responsible person, status, validity and storage location. Separate submitted requests from obtained responses. Confirm everyone involved is working from the same design revision.
Before ordering: clarify with the team which decisions can be made and which depend on outstanding checks or approvals.
